Dr. Charles is a bilingual (English, Spanish) speaking therapist who provides a non-judgmental environment focusing on client strengths, Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused approach and goal oriented.  I prepare clients to move in a new direction using compassion, creativity and humor.  We all have a story to tell.  I invite you to tell me your story.
